Some of the key
tasks you will be responsible for in this role include –
• Undertake
research, plan, write and prepare for publishing/distribution, ongoing targeted
communications to engage and inform audiences through print and digital
platforms (eg. websites, social media, publications and e news services).
• Develop, implement and evaluate targeted education, marketing and
communications programs and campaigns, including undertaking planning,
research, analysis, plain English writing, reporting and consultatio
n and
liaison with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Develop communication strategies and plans to inform and educate a range of
audiences, which may include the general public, business, government and
vulnerable audiences.
• Build a sound understanding of business partner needs and establish and
maintain productive working relationships with them and other internal and
external stakeholders.
• Provide advice to business portfolio areas on communications services,
including print and digital publishing, advertising, content, sponsorship and major
events.
In this role you will develop communication strategies, as well as create
print, digital and video material for a range of projects that have a wonderful
diversity of audience and topics. The role will involve photo manipulation,
video editing, social media management, supplier and stakeholder liaison and
oversight of third party production of collateral.
