provide effective solutions designed to deliver continuing improvement in
product & therapy knowledge, campaign implementation and selling skills.
• To optimize the effectiveness of the sales teams throughout Malaysia,
coaching to further embedding the principles of Professional Selling Skills
Plus and focusing on the development of a Key Account Management approach.
• Ensure that individuals product, therapy & clinical knowledge is at the
desired levels during field visits and support this with in situ training as
required.
• To ensure individuals are effectively implementing marketing campaigns and
using key messages and campaign materials appropriately.
• Provide support for Sales Meetings & Conferences as the business and
campaigns demands.
• Assist with design of learning and development tools, procedures and systems
related to sales force effectiveness.
• Undertake projects as and when necessary in line with the business need.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to
Code of Conduct, fleet, IT and confidentiality.
• Ensure the team adheres to the company’s code of conduct and compliance.
Essential Skills
• Scientific background (at least A Level)
• Demonstrable training experience encompassing technical and soft skill
training
• Documented sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrable experience of people development, ideally as a first line
manager in the pharmaceutical industry
