Sales Engineer (Parts Sales)
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Responsible for formulate and execute sales strategies in expanding market share for post sales.
• Collaborate with technical team in managing customers activities to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Initiate and synchronize relationship building activities with customers and principals.
• Execute sales processes: response to request for quotation, negotiation, quotation, delivery and payment.
• Manage account business essentials including forecast, sales, account margin and escalation.
• Sales activities to gather market and competition information, explore and materialize new leads.
Qualifications & Requirements :
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• Similar capacity with experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Good communicator in verbal, written and presentation medium.
• Fluent in English and Chinese language to communicate with Japan, Taiwan and US customers.
• Good team player, positive, self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently under fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines.
