BRIEF DETAILS OF PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs needs analyses for selected customers and market segments in conjunction with sales team
• Develops and designs complex solutions to be used by the sales team based on customer/Market requirement.
• Provides post sales technical support to business customers in order to enhance growth and retention
• To prepare technical proposals to clients
• Provides inputs and assist the product development team
• Provides support on all technical drawings for complex solutions in line with Bids and proposals to customers
• Provides pre-sales consulting support to team of Account Managers
• Develops total data/voice solutions per customer requirements
• Trains Sales Executives in emerging technologies
Main requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• At least 2years sales experience in an FMCG (First Moving Consumer Goods)
• Valid drivers license
