Our client is a leading outsourcer based in Glasgow city centre and have an urgent requirement for a strong Operations Manager from an outsourcing environment to come in and take charge of one of their largest contracts.
What do we require?
• Your operations experience must have been gained from within a sales environment – ideally outbound
• You must have client management experience from within an outsourcing environment
• CV stability and evidence of commitment to previous organisations
• Hunger, passion and charisma must be apparent in a one to one scenario
• You must have experience of managing a large campaign
What will you do?
• Direct management responsibility for 7 Sales Team managers and approx 95FTE
• High level of operational and performance management
• Strategic management. From developing to implementing a sales strategy.
• Understand and communicate client requirements and goals throughout the operation
• Maintaining & valuing client relationships
• Day to day planning and management for any special projects or initiatives
• Regular review of performance and analysis of reports
• Resource planning and recruitment
• Continuous process improvement to ensure maximum effectiveness and best practice
