One of our clients is a multiple functional organization based in Australia and Singapore with operations worldwide specially in Europe and US. Our clients now are seeking highly motivated, energized, creative, switched on, commercially minded marketing and branding professionals to assist in the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs including Training and Development to support expansion and growth of the company’s services in line with the marketing plans for each brand.
Our client has specific interests in retailing, FMCG, Corporate and Institutional Sales, marketing, with their own outlets in major products they brand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and brand development programs in line with marketing plans. Successful design, implementation and measurement of campaigns across a range of segments and channels
Assist in the creation and management of online and offline content whilst ensuring key messages and branding are incorporated and integrated across programs
Manage marketing related events and sponsorships to meet business objectives and driving incremental revenues
Plan and conduct market research activities, including competitor analysis, latest market trends and behaviors with a view to increase market share
Foster strong cross-business and cross functional cooperation
Candidate Profile:
2 to 3 years of marketing and sales experience with Brand management preferably in a professional services environment
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
Sound knowledge of marketing principles and be a strategic thinker by understanding broader commercial implication of decisions
Team player but is self-motivated and can work autonomously with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Sensitive to market changes/trends, forward thinking as well as a questioning mind
Desirable:
Experience with social media for business
Knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and experience with CMS
Corporate Sales and Key Account management
Your excellent interpersonal and management skills, an ability to relate to all levels of Management up to Managing Director level and high level written and verbal communication skills will enable you to negotiate the best outcome for the business.
