Sales and Marketing Executive Job Vacancy in Malaysia at La Conception

Responsibilities :
• Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for SPM holder.
• Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
• Good people skills, outgoing, independent & responsible personality with right attitude
• Must be able to work under pressure, be self motivated, proactive, results oriented, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver good results
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, suppliers & authorities
• Basic Salary from RM1500-RM2000,allowance+commission
• Own transport, preferable Chinese female
