We’re not just looking for a traditional centre
director that is a teacher, we’re looking for someone that has a background in
children services, community services, or something related.

We are looking for someone that has strong business acumen, leadership skills,
really strong relationship management skills and someone that has experience
working within the local area who has relationships with local community groups.

The centre is viewed as a close-knit community and the suitable applicant will
bring a positive, caring and nurturing attitude to community.

This learning environment is one which immediately feels comfortable and
homely. Children, families and staff are greeted warmly by management and the
aesthetics of the centre reflect the strong focus on presenting each child with
valuable and fun learning experiences

This position is a “non” teaching role and requires someone with a proven
background in turning a centre into a top performing place.

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

• Must hold at least a Degree in Education 
• 5 year min experience as a Centre
  Director 
  
• Have a strong understanding of the National
  Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework 
• Excellent communication and time management
  skills 
  
• Proven management skills, confidence and
  ability to lead an effective team of 10 educators
