This position is a “none” teaching role and
requires someone with a proven background in turning a centre into a top
performing place.
To be successful in this role you will need
the following:
- Must hold at
least a Diploma/Degree in Education - 3 year min experience
as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager - Have a strong
understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years
Learning Framework - Excellent
communication and time management skills - Proven
management skills, confidence and ability to lead an effective team of 10
educators
