The Rwandese Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is recruiting an Internal
Auditor.
1. Education and Experiences :
• ACCA, CPA or Master degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration and other related field.
• General awareness of the Technical financial control mechanisms for the different, development partners;
• Thorough understanding of international donors (multilateral; bilateral, and private), particularly donors funding for public and private sector control mechanism;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English-and French.
