Responsibilities
- In
conjunction with the marketing department, design and deliver an in-flight
product of superior quality and value for money to that offered by the
competition while exceeding the cost targets of the company budget. - Provision
of in flight cabin product in accordance with the customer service
guidelines. - Development
of Duty Free onboard sales and revenue generating opportunities arising
from the promotion/sale of in-flight product inherent in the service
delivery philosophy. - Responsibility
for the training of personnel relating to in-flight product. - Assist
in the recruitment of the cabin crew. - Ensure
cabin crew grooming and uniform regulations, service standards, and job
performance is maintained to Company Standards. - Perform
quality service reviews and research of the in-flight product to ensure
adherence to product standards and customer service guidelines trends in
the market. - Conduct
general administrative oversight and co-ordination of In-flight Services.
Required Qualifications
- Educational
background in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel & Tourism. - Previous
management experience in airline cabin service operations. - On
board Service training, Catering and Talent development experience. - Willing
to travel frequently, when required. - High
language proficiency standard in English and French. - Previous
Cabin Crew experience.
