• Develop the corporate identity and brand of RwandAir
• Track and manage customer perception of the RwandAir brand
• Manage advertising campaigns
• Define hard product and service concepts
• Actively develop proactive approach to managing customer relations in the frontline, via the website and via social media
• Identify most valued customers and develop a FFP offer and CRM approach and data warehouse that enables RwandAir to prosper through loyalty
