Key duties
and responsibilities
- Design
and implement HR policies in line with RwandAir’s mission - Put in
place personnel policy, training and administration ( assessment of
training and development needs) - Recruitment
and staff retention ( search and recruit competent post-holders) - Design
and implement HR strategy embedded in RwandAir’s corporate strategy. - Advise
the Executive Committee on the people implications of decisions and
initiatives. - Execute
change and organisational development initiatives throughout RwandAir. - Plan
the RwandAir workforce quantitatively and qualitatively, - Assign
tasks, authorities, accountabilities within the HR management team and HR
department - Increase
productivity and capabilities within the airline. - Put in
place and determine compensation policy for all. - Set
objectives for the HR organisation - Allocate
resources based on the HR budget - Ensure
the reliable functioning of core HR processes like payroll, records, etc. - Set a
framework of tools and methodologies empowering the leadership of
RwandAir’s management team

Education & Experience:
- Rwandan
Nationality. - Minimum
8 years relevant experience in HR or comparable experience in an advisory

3 years of leadership experience in the line management of an HR function, - Management
of organization wide projects, - Master
degree in business administration, economics, psychology, sociology, or
law.
