Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Order No 28/03 of
2/02/2015determining the organisational structure, salaries and fringe benefits
for employees of the Rwanda Law Reform Commission (RLRC),
The
Rwanda Law Reform Commission wishes to

recruit qualified staff to fill the
vacant positions of its new structure so as to deliver to its mandate which has
been widened. Positions for which candidates are sought, their duties and
responsibilities, required profiles and number of positions are the
following :

Criminal Law Research and Reform Specialist (1)
4.
Criminal Law Revision Specialist (1)
5.
International Legal Instruments Research and Reform Specialist (1)
6.
Business Law Revision Specialist (1)
7.
Business Law Research and Reform Specialist (2)
8.
Constitutional and International Law Revision Specialist (1)
9.
Legislative Drafting Specialist (2)
10.
Legal Awareness Specialist (2)
11.
Editor (2)
12.
Advisor to the Chairperson (1)

HOW
TO APPLY
Interested
candidates meeting the above qualifications should submit the following
documents to the Central secretariat of RLRC not later than Friday April 10,
2015, 5PM ;

Application letter addressed to the Chairperson of the RLRC

A filled application form obtained from the PSC website, www.psc.gov.rw
or RLRC website, www.rlrc.gov.rw

Detailed CV including names and telephone contacts of three reference persons

A Copy of the required Degree or Diploma

Copy of National ID
NB : Details regarding
the key technical skills and knowledge required can be obtained from the Prime
Minister’s Order No 28/03 of 24/02/2015determining the organisational
structure, salaries and fringe benefits for employees of the Rwanda Law Reform

The
required experience for Lawyers must be in the legal field.
