was established in 2003 to represent, advocate for and build the capacity of
Local Governments in Rwanda. All the Districts and the City of Kigali
constitute its membership.
RALGAhas
secured a funding from the Belgian Development Agency (BTC), through the
currently ongoing Rwanda Decentralization Support Program (RDSP) as one of its
implementing partners, specifically for Result 3; to hire an International
qualified and experienced trainer, to train RALGA Staff on the use of Grounded
Theory research method.

well printed proposals properly bound and presented in two (2) copies
(Technical and Financial Proposals presented separately), one of which being
the original; are to be submitted to RALGA office on 14th November 2016 at 2pm
and the official opening of the envelopes will take place at 2:30pm in the main
conference room.
