Background
Rwanda Association
of Local Government Author
ities (RALGA) is an Association, which was
established in 2003 to represent, advocate for and build the capacity of Local
Government Authorities in Rwanda. All the Districts and the City of Kigali
constitute its membership.
RALGAhas secured a
funding from the Belgian Development Agency (BTC), through the currently
ongoing Rwanda Decentralization Support Program (RDSP) as one of its
implementing partners, specifically for Result 3; to hire an Individual
National qualified and experienced Consultant, to review and update RALGA’s
Advocacy and Engagement Strategy.
Objective of
the Consultancy
The overall
objective is to review and update RALGA’s Advocacy and Engagement Strategy, in
line with the new developments, both in its mandate and professions related to
the core functions of the association.

Individual National consultants may find the detailed Terms of References
(ToR’s) on the RALGA website www.ralga.rw. Well printed proposals properly bound and presented in two (2) copies
(Technical and Financial Proposals presented separately), one of which being
the original; are to be submitted to RALGA office not later than 26th September
2017; at 2pm and the official opening of the envelopes will
take place at 2:30pm in the main conference room.
