Our client
RSwitch is the National Electronic payment transactions provider in Rwanda and
is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individuals for the above
vacancy;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Real time monitoring of ATMs on
the RSwitch Ltd network. - Real time monitoring of POSs on
the RSwitch Ltd network. - Logging of all faults and
customer enquiries onto the help desk system. - Liaise with RSwitch Ltd service
desk and customer engineers. - Escalation of ATM / POS faults
to customers. - Submission of regular reports.
- Any other duties that may from
time to time be required by management
Qualifications:
- Hold a high education diploma
or degree. - Have excellent time management
skills. - Be fluent in English oral and
written on a professional level. - French is considered
beneficial. - Willing to work in shifts.
- Be able to work independently
and reliable as per the standards set in the procedures and work
instructions of RSwitch. - Communicate with other
departments within RSwitch on a cordial and professional manner. - Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft
Outlook 2010 and Office 2010 Excel and Office 2010 Word are mandatory and
subject to test. - Professional appearance and
capable of communicating with the various banks counterparts on a
professional and courteous manner. - Due to nature of work, person
has to be flexible; while at the same time have attention for detail. - Must be Rwandan.
