RSwitch Accounts Manager Job Vacancy in Rwanda

Our client RSwitch is the National Electronic payment transactions provider in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function specification, technical specification etc.)
• To ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Develop & establish strategic relationships with clients
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for client.
• Approves change orders, invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
• Works closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the client.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the management.
• Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
• Provides regular two way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Understanding of company capabilities, service and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Minimum 3 years of customer management experience.
• Extremely detail oriented with strong networking skills.
• High curiosity and ability to learn quickly with skills in feedback-seeking.
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• High level of initiative with ability to work well in a team environment.
• Risk-taking, competitive, confident and highly professional.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Must be Rwandan.
