Minimum qualification of Bachelors degree in civil engineering
• At least 3 years experience in construction field
• Extensive experience in usage of computers
software packages such as Arch card, Auto Card, prokon, etc.;
• Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values.
• Fluency (both oral and written) in English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Manages and coordinates the construction unit activities in the division of Real Estate;
• Prepares and updates unit strategic and operation plans;
• Carry out project feasibility in conjunction with the Estate Management unit and make precise recommendations to the Director of division;
• Prepares and submits weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the director on results of civil works and makes recommendations for operational improvements to management;
