We currently have an exciting full time opportunity
available for a 3rd, 4th year Apprentice, qualified Chef or
experienced Cook. 
To join our team working with the head
chef and owner of an up-market Club Restaurant on the Hawksbury River at
Wisemans Ferry in an easy going relaxed environment with good con

ditions.

I am looking for candidates who have a passion for
fine food, an eye for detail and an evolving culinary style.
The menu consists of popular Bistro style
cuisine using excellent quality produce, made by hand on the premises’. Also we
offer a comprehensive contemporary specials menu which is continually changing
and evolving.
The successful applicant will be required to: 
  • Assist in the menu
    production    
  • Display knowledge and practice safe work place
    and food handling
    procedures         
  • Have a friendly disposition and out-going
    personality
  • Strong enthusiasm & integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work unsupervised   
  • Be clean and tidy in appearance and work
  • Have own transport
We are offering a good salary package for the
right candidate who will be working a rotating roster with some week ends off.
