We are looking for volunteers between April and September for at least one month stays. We can offer accommodations and food as well as a beautiful location — 4 km from the beach and next to 1000s of acres
of forest. We are looking for people who are interested in learning about and experiencing a small family run organic farm. Work is 5 days a week approximately 6 hours a day — as well as involvement in daily chores (dog walking, chickens, etc.), cooking and cleaning up.
The work is varied depending on the season. It may include such things as prepping beds, weeding, harvesting, preserving and building as well as childcare. We try to create opportunities matched to volunteer’s skills and interests. Our small community of Roberts Creek, located between Mount Elphinstone and the Pacific Ocean has a great rural feel and is only 2 hours, including a ferry ride, away from the big city of Vancouver.
