The successful candidate will be required to;
  • Develop a client base through consistent sales
    and business development activities.
  • Manage client and candidate relationships 
  • Meet required KPIs
  • Interview candidates 
  • Deliver a high level of candidate care 
Essential criteria;
  • Experience in recruiting 
  • Track record of building on existing and new
    client relationships
  • Well developed communication skills essential
  • Drive and determination to achieve KPI’s
  • A positive, passionate and tenacious attitude to
    sales.
  • Interest in assisting current job seekers identify
    and address their barriers to sustainable employment.
  • Interest in assisting highly disadvantaged
    jobseekers to obtain sustainable employment.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and within
    a team environment
  • Be able to relate to people from all types of
    backgrounds and cultures
