to diversity, social justice, sustainability, and community?

Are
you freelancing or working for a socially/environmentally conscious nonprofit
organization, social enterprise, community group, or personal project?
Struggling to afford office space?
Spend
one day a week at the Riverdale Hub coworking space providing:
  • member
    services;
  • community-building;
  • sales
    work; and/or
  • administrative
    assistance.
In
return, get two days a week to pursue your own work out of our beautiful,
green, open-concept office space, rent-free.

Participants
must spend two days/week at the Hub beyond your volunteer day, doing your own
work and engaging actively in the coworking space community
Qualifications
  • Work/volunteer
    experience with one or more of these (at coworking space is an asset):
    • Community
      animation / community-building inside an organization
    • Sales
      for co-working or office spaces, or other commercial real estate
    • Member/tenant
      services at nonprofits or rental spaces
    • Administrative
      assistance
    • Communications
      (internal or external) for a nonprofit or social enterprise
    • Skills
      in one or more of the following:
      • graphic
        design
      • social
        media
      • web
        design (wordpress, html)
      • writing,
        copy-writing
      • telemarketing
      • small
        enterprise development
      • business
        plan development
      • advanced
        printing
  • Intent
    to become a member-tenant after the work exchange
