be responsible for the management and co-ordination of all logistical

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Support, Monitor and analyze
development of the supply function at the Country Office - Build capacity of staff and
supervisee for a detailed understanding of procurement and warehousing as
well as IT/MIS issues - Ensuring that proper
logistics systems are maintained at Country and Project levels and are
aligned with Right To Play International procurement, transportation and
MIS/IT procedures - Oversee the processing of
suppliers and services providers invoices - Properly manage IT request
and ensure IT and Management Information system equipments and materials
are well managed - Ensure proper management of
RTP assets at country as well as project levels. - Ensure site management:
residence / office maintenance and technical functioning - Develop timely procurement,
stock, operations and logistics reports for review - The Logistics Officer may as
and when necessary be called upon to perform other tasks or assignments
which are not listed in this job description but consistent with his level
within the organization.

experience in NGO sector - Excellent communications
skills and fluent written and spoken French, English and Kinyarwanda

taker - Ability to work with minimal
supervision and high degree of personal organisation - Good attention to detail and
