Job Description
Duration: One year with the possibility of renewal
Reporting: The job holders will report to the Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities # 1: RTP Strategic Planning and Project Management
• Responsibilities # 2: Programming, Collaboration, Networking, Representation, and Communication
• Responsibilities # 3: Grant & Budget Management
• Responsibilities # 4: Training, Capacity Building and Implementation
• Responsibilities # 5: Documentation, Reporting & Program Quality
Required Skills or Experience
• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Planning, Development Studies and other discipline relevant to Right to Play work
• Two years experience working in any of the above-mentioned thematic areas
• Specialized training in physical education, project planning, monitoring/evaluation, rights based programming
• NGO experience; organizational development, quality improvement experience is highly desired
