the Manager, Facilities & Infrastructure will lead a small team in ensuring
the organisation’s assets and infrastructure are managed proactively to deliver
excellent organisation and site outcomes.

the Manager, Facilities & Infrastructure will lead a small team in ensuring
the organisation’s assets and infrastructure are managed proactively to deliver
excellent organisation and site outcomes.
Reporting
to the GM Corporate Services, the ro
to the GM Corporate Services, the ro
le will be responsible for leading the
Property Services Team to coordinate the maintenance and minor capital works
across all sites. You
will ensure an integrated infrastructure framework is in place to manage and
raise the value of capital assets, and work closely with site
leaders to deliver improved services, both financially and with service
satisfaction.
Proven
experience in managing an assets and facilities management team across multiple
sites is essential. Proven ability to deliver excellent service and manage good
financial outcomes is also important. You will have experience in setting and
managing to tight timelines and with changing priorities. A background in leading
building and construction functions in the domestic residential sector would be
ideal. Knowledge of, and experience with an asset management framework (ideally
ISO55000), and sound project management skills will be highly regarded.
You will have a collaborative style that can engage with the team and the
organisation at a broader level. Proven communication skills are required
across all levels of the organisation.
