This concept of burger – bar has expanded rapidly in Melbourne and is now growing interstate. Priding themselves on consistently healthy and tasty burgers, this phenomenon has come to Canberra! Position details
• Base salary up to $50k + super!
• Training by one of the successful managers and operational manager
• Staff – managing up to 25
• Discounts and Incentives!
What you require:
• The successfull applicant will be responsible to drive restaurant operations to drive the Grill’d team and maximising profit
• Restaurant ManagementExperience is essential – fast food experience is accepted positively
• Liasising with management and suppliers
• Customer service
• Training and developing staff
• OH&S
• Recruitment
• Financial goals and reporting including profit and Loss reports
