study was the structured questionnaire. With structured questionnaire one can
obtain data on the feelings and perception of the group of people towards
issues affecting them. The questionnaire of two sections which include section
A and section B. section A dealt with the personal data of respondents while
section B elicited responses to items on the objective of the study in a four
point scale format of agreed, strongly
agreed, disagreed and strongly disagreed.
