Registration Supervisor Job Vacancy in Tanzania

Our client is the first cellular network in Tanzania and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individual for the Vacancy above;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Registration supervisor will be responsible for the entire registration compliance / issues / for the region ( end to end responsibility) .
• Responsible for customer registration form compliance % for the region.
• Compliance % for the region should be more than —- %.
• Will be responsible for increasing the fully registered base for the region by doing proper follow up with channels / freelancers / wakalas/ CC to bring the physical CRF with documents.
• Have to go to field and visit the freelancers / wakalas / CC on regular basis.
• Need to give training and educate the wakalas / freelancers / CC on registration process and the importance of it.
• Needs to be in touch with the regional Sales team on any feedback / issues / support related to registration.
• Daily MIS on activation Vs Registration.
• Daily MIS on forms received Vs Data entry done.
• Visit the freelancer / wakala / CC who is contributing much towards partial registration / unregistered base.
• To check the quality of forms receiving at backend for data entry.
• To audit the quality of data entry done by regional executives.
• To audit the quality of scanning done Vs data entry done.
• To audit the way of packing and numbering forms which are data entry completed and scanned .
• Barring of unregistered numbers to be informed to Sales.
• Payout of data entry executives on time.
• Payout to all freelancers / wakals for all fully registered cases for the month ( month on month activity).
• Keeping an eye in region ( on registration ) for any suspected issues / illegal activities. (Needs to be informed to service excellence manager).
• New Initiatives for the region, like validating the area distance and introducing new collection points ( if required).
• Other initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors in any business related field.
• At least two years experience.
