Forming part of our expert telephone based Registered Nurse – Triage team; you’ll provide a crucial resource for those who need it most even in the most remote locations. Being the first line of support you will conduct a telephone triage assessment giving advice and referral information on the callers symptoms.
Your role as a Telephone Triage Nurse is a challenging one, where you will use your nursing skills and expertise to the full. Using your professional clinical judgment along with your confidence and calm approach will be essential in you for filling this role.

Experience and qualifications:
• Division 1 Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years full time recent clinical experience (can include graduate year)
• Experience within Paediatrics, emergency or other acute settings would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
