are currently looking for a Business Sales Executive for our New South Wales
Metropolitan facilities for an 18 month contract. As the Business Sales
Executive you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding occupancy and
cashflow targets. This will include the end to end sales process of identifying
potential residents, managing the enquiry, tour, sales process and resident
orientation proce

we have new facilities open, your role will become roving.

will be built upon strong relationships with all key stakeholders, residents
and their families and the ability to negotiate positive outcomes in line with
the organisations commercial targets.

The
sales component of this role will involve:

- Establishing
a pipeline of potential new residents with sufficient volume to meet or
exceed conversion targets - Mentor
and coach the sales process for the facility (manage enquires, conduct
tours, facilitate the sales process, coordinate the admission and resident
orientation activities) - Develop
and maintain strategies to drive high occupancy results, waitlists and
conversions of respite to permanent residents - Where
practical, work closely with Regis homecare and Regis Retirement Villages
to drive conversion to Regis Residential Aged care Homes - In
conjunction with the Facility Manager and Business Development Team
successfully plan and execute sales strategies to meet ramp up target
admission numbers at new and refurbished facilities, while understanding
the required cashflow targets - Work
closely with the Facility Manager and state Business Development Manager
to generate lead opportunities and nurture relationships with ‘referrers’
and community organisations - Mentor
facility admission coordinators with ongoing follow-up of potential
residents including respite to permanent - Actively
maintaining Regis’ CRM to ensure tool is used to manage sales campaigns
and leads effectively
Along
with the sales component, this role will also involve:

work to promote the Regis Brand and its services in a positive manner at
all times - Identify
opportunities to improve customer service across the facility’s and
various additional service programs - Effectively
negotiate sales conversions through the delivery of informative facility
tours that showcase both the facility and Regis - Discuss
financials with internal and external parties and provide regular updates
on status of ramp up progress - Assist
with completion of resident agreements and other documentation as requested
- Ensure
compliance on Regis policy for all non standard sales arrangements - Support
facilities to optimise commercial and resident fit outcomes for the
facility
