This is a APAC leadership role, based from Hong Kong and with a focus on design
and project management on corporate office projects across Asia. As Engineering
Manager, you will provide strategic design management for the engineering
process of new projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working
  closely and liaising with corporate end users and client groups to obtain
  new project requirements
• Working
  collaboratively with regional engineering, project management and business
  operation teams
• Ensuring
  the correct implementation of companywide design processes including;
  feasibility, scheme design, detailed design, construction all the way to
  handover to business
• Ownership
  of the full design management process
• Reviewing
  and technically analysing new project initiatives with a focus on
  electrical engineering
• Regularly
  working and liaising with the global design, engineering, and project
  teams
• Managing
  the full design process – Feasibility and client briefs, scheme design and
  design development, detailed design and design and budget reviews handover
  and review installation, testing and commissioning

• B.Eng.
  in Building Services, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  with an emphasis on electrical
• Minimum
  of 8 years’ experience working in engineering design and delivery
  (Experience in testing and commissioning is required)
• Strong
  experience managing projects in within the corporate office space.
• Be able
  to work under pressure and provide innovative solutions to complex
  problems
• Fluent
  English is essential
