Responsibilities:
• The role of a Talent Specialists is a business to business sales role. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates. You will be a specialist in the recruitment market placing highly qualified and experienced people (candidates) into companies (clients) that require their skills.
• You will be attracting and qualifying the right candidates and selling their ability and skill set to the client. On the client side, you will be actively recruiting and selling your services in order to show them you are the best to person to fill their vacancy! Negotiation, persuasion, rapport building, quick thinking, tenacity and self-motivation are all skills that are essential for this role.
• System Administration – Talent Specialist is responsible to build up the candidate database in RecruitPlus’ in-house database system, DMRecruit and conscientiously store incoming CVs in the system.
Requirements:
• At least a diploma in any discipline.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of exposure in IT or Engineering would be preferred.
• Traits such as high level of confidence, intelligence, drive, money motivation and resilience are all examples of what you need to possess. You are also expected to be meticulous, persistence and responsible.
• Above all a great sense of maturity and seriousness in taking your career to the next level.
• Someone with a good sense of humour is also highly appreciated.
