Responsibilities:
• Ensure that customers’ feedback (via emails, faxes, letters, social media) is attended to according to standards set.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers.
• Carry out effective service recovery in addressing customers’ concerns.
• Ensure that the feedback categorized correctly and timely in the Customer Feedback System.
• Identify and highlight issues that impact policies, processes and procedures to the Service Improvement team for the necessary changes/improvements.
Requirements:
• Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Location: Town area
• 5 days work week
