Recruitment Administrator Job Vacancy in Stirling (Town)

The client is looking for essential experience covering:
* Responsibility for candidate, agency and hiring manager liaison throughout the recruitment process
* Providing quality administrative support throughout the interview booking process, sending out invites and booking meeting rooms.
* Assist with the coordination of assessment centres, sending out invites, issuing of pre-assessment materials, responsible for collating responses
* Ensuring recruitment system is kept up to date at all times, reflecting accurate status of each candidates application
* Administering the ‘refer a friend’ scheme and payments
* Preparation of all post offer related paperwork and manage to completion candidate files
* Working with a 3rd party provider to ensure pre-employment screening is completed within agreed SLA’s escalating issues as appropriate
* Ensure a professional response to telephone calls, answering on behalf of manager/team where able
* Prioritise, acknowledge and distribute recruitment related correspondence received, redirecting to the organisations’ website where appropriate
* Escalation of referencing issues to Resourcing Manager & Recruitment Officer
* Assisting with Taleo system admin – adding/removing hiring managers, testing new developments etc
* Balance delivery of key tasks, prioritising work according to business pressures and deliverables
* Sensitive management of confidential, strategic, personal and business critical information
* Collation of accurate data in a timely manner
* Providing advice and assistance to hiring managers and candidates in the use of the resourcing system (Taleo)
* Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that ensure appropriate document storage.

Candidates wishing to be considered must have relevant “inhouse” or agency recruitment experience as well as hold direct experience of the onboarding system “Taleo”
