The
Position
Position
Reporting
to the National Operations Manager, you will drive the effective implementation
of Terry White Management
to the National Operations Manager, you will drive the effective implementation
of Terry White Management
strategy and initiatives to increase brand strength
in-store, and support the growth of the Network and Brand in South Australia.
You will report on current trends and activities to Terry White Management
departments, as well as support and coach each pharmacy team on best practice
operations.

will be the key point of contact between your TWC region of stores and Terry
White Management, so the ideal candidate will possess superior communication,
negotiation, and problem solving skills. You will have demonstrated
management experience in a multi-site franchise or pharmacy retail environment,
small to medium business operations and P&L management. Your energetic,
hands-on approach and can-do attitude will help you to drive Terry White
Chemists to success. This role requires regular weekly travel.
