Randstad’s residential team is proud to be partnering with one of the
most respected and trusted residential home builders in Perth.  With
sustained growth and expansion underway, a Senior Estimator is required
for an immediate interview and start.

The successful applicant will be joining a highly diversified builder
that for many years has been at the forefront of the West Australian home
building industry. This builder has a history of promoting from within and will
always look to do so as a first priority – if you see yourself at management
level in the short term, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
   
You will report directly to the Estimating Manager, with junior
Estimators looking up to you for support and mentoring.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Completing all Estimating requirements
  • Producing accurate documentation within
    budgeted timelines
  • Resolving ordering oversights and making
    amendments as required
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company
    products and services
  • Liaising with supervisors, suppliers, trades
    people, agents and contractors
In order to be successful, it is imperative you have:
  • 3+ years Estimating experience for an
    Australian residential builder
  • Excellent communication skills, both written
    & verbal
  • A results driven approach
  • Strong computer skills
Although not essential, applicants with experience Estimating unit
development sites will be highly regarded.
An attractive salary package will be discussed at interview.
