RAC Travel is looking for an experienced and motivated travel product developer
to source great value International and Domestic travel offers to promote to
RAC’s extensive WA membership to book via
our Online, Call Centre and Travel
Agency network. The role involves huge variety, working closely with the highly
successful Travel business with excellent personal growth opportunities.
The role includes product planning, development and implementation to ensure
RAC travel products remain relevant to the needs of our members.
What we are looking for in you
- Strong knowledge of travel industry, products, sales
trends and key suppliers - Excellent travel product development skills with proven
experience in travel package construction and pricing - Ability to Influence and mange key stakeholders and
their expectations especially with key preferred suppliers - Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to successfully promote Products via the RAC
Travel website, Press, Horizons magazine and other key promotional
channels. - Well-developed negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated creativity and product innovation skills
Appropriate professional travel industry qualifications are strongly desirable
including experience using Sabre and SAM. Relevant tertiary qualifications in
Tourism Management, Marketing or related discipline is desirable.
