UNDERWRITER (Engineering)

Responsibilities:
• Underwrite CARs, EARs, Machinery Breakdown, Boilers and Electronic Insurance
• Provide sales support on CARs, EARs, Machinery Breakdown, Boilers and Electronic Insurance to Sales Personnel
• Liaise with Regional Office for business proposal exceeded limit
• Manage the Reinsurance for CARs, EARs, Machinery Breakdown, Boilers and Electronic Insurance
• Be the reference point in CARs, EARs, Machinery Breakdown, Boilers and Electronic Insurance
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in general insurance industry
• Preferably those who have working experience in Engineering underwriting, claims or loss adjusting
• Have good technical knowledge of CARs, EARs, Machinery Breakdown, Boilers and Electronic Insurance
• Market awareness and brokers development acumen
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
