ensure we’re bringing on the right people and that they’re supported to grow
within the company.

You
will be responsible for the following:

- Build
and maintain recruiting strategy to have a constant pipeline of talent at
all levels - Support
development of internal training and professional development program to
set staff up for success and address performance issues as they arise - Lead
on disciplinary action and coordination with district labor inspector as
needed - Build
benefits program to comply with labor law and support the well-being of our
team - Maintain
proper documentation and records for recruitment, the team, and past team
members - Confirm
human resource compliance with food safety standards of company, including
relevant trainings and health certifications for all staff - Manage
a small team to get this all done
Qualifications;
- 5+
years in talent management with strong experience in performance reviews,
professional development, and training - Personable
– able to take on management of relevant local labor partners - Highly
organized to keep up with recruitment and constant hiring - Strong
understanding of Rwandan Labor Law - Experience
in head-hunting locally and regionally - Must
be fluent in English and Kinyarwanda
