a. It operates in 22
countries throughout Africa, South Asia and South East Asia. One Sight is
looking for Finance and Administration Manager for Rwanda Based in
Kigali.
The
Finance and Administration Manager oversees the Finance and Administration
accountabilities for the Rwandan program. This senior role, while
underpinned by strong financial acumen and experience, will operate across many
areas such as Finance, Administration, Security, Risk Management, Office Management,
Policy and Process, and Human Resource Management.

The
successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of Labour and Tax
legislation and practices, developed skills in finance management and audit as
well as working knowledge of financial accounting software, ideally including
SUN Systems. Previous experience in the INGO sector and managing cross-country
communications would be an advantage.

Requirements:
- University
qualification in Finance or Accounting; - CPA
or equivalent will be preferred; - Sound
knowledge of current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to
INGOs in both countries; - Knowledge
of SUN Systems (highly desirable); - Minimum
of 5+ year relevant working experience, ideally in an NGO environment; - Experience
of Grant Tracking and Financial Reporting to a variety of donors; - Experience
in the financial management of complex programs and projects; - Experience
of internal audit processes is required; - Experience
of working in the Health sector will be an advantage.
Fluency
in written and spoken English as well asKinyarwanda and French, and the ability
to travel domestically and internationally will also be essential.
