We have immediate vacancy for the following position:
Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with suppliers/customers
• Prepare quotations and raise MR
• Do matching invoices
• Simple accounting tasks
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• General Admin duties etc
Requirements:
• Min “O” Level or SPM and above
• Minimum 1-2 years working experiences
• Meticulous and self-motivated with good communication and administrative skills
• Computer literate in MS Words and Excel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin with good interpersonal & communication skill (to liaise with clients).
• Mature, responsible, and independent
• Preferable staying in WEST
• Singaporean or PR
