To be considered for this role, you must have the
following skills and experience:

- Be able to provide a culture for continuous
improvement and provide guidance to sustain improvement changes - Significant experience of end-to-end Lean Six
Sigma projects - Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and
present your findings and recommendations effectively - Project management certification PMBOK and Lean
Six Sigma Green Belt - Excellent verbal and written communication,
presentation and group facilitation skills - Previous experience in Business Process
Modelling & Notation (BPMN) - Assist in Visualisation Management
We are seeking substantial Lean Six Sigma/ Process
Improvement experience and preferably someone who can demonstrate the ability
to work autonomously and part of a wider team. Those candidates with prior
experience within the Industrial industry will be highly regarded.
