Overview
You will undertake planning and redevelopment studies for existing & new industrial estates to intensify and optimize the use of land.
Depending on the years of experiences the candidate possess, you may be considered for the Manager position.
Responsibilities
• Conduct project feasibility study
• Make presentations and recommendations on development concept, preliminary programme and budget
• Prepare development/project brief, which include setting time, cost and quality objectives for the project
• Take the lead in selection and appointment of project consultants and contractors, and coordinate and monitor their work done
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect appropriate solutions
• Manage the project to meet the time, cost and quality objectives
• Providing commercial evaluation of bids received and arranging formal execution of subcontracts in accordance with customer requirements, best value outcomes, company policy, building regulations and other relevant legislation
Requirements
• An honours degree in Business, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Estate Management / Real Estate , Building or Quantity Surveying
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in consultant firms or developer organizations
• Possess strong leadership skills with good analytical, problem solving ability and customer focus.
• Knowledge of statutory regulation and code of practice will have an added advantage
• Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating
• Only Singaporean or PR
Other Information:
• Salary range: $4000 – $7000
• Start work time on flexible scheme
• Annual leave of 18 days
