Job Description:
•Design proposal.
•Co-ordinate in the preparation of Tender documents & Drawing
•Project co-ordination, review submission drawing to relevant authorities and administer Contract.
•Site Supervision.
Job Requirements:
•Degree in Architecture
•Committed, independent and diligent
•Good command in English verbally and written.
•Good knowledge and skills for computer aided design software such as AutoCad, 3d Rendering, Sketch-up, Adobe.
•Singaporeans or Singapore PRs with minimum 4 years of local relevant experience in Design, Authorities regulation, Administer Contract and Site Supervision are welcome to apply.
