Project Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient management of orders from purchasing through accurate, on-time shipments and prompt collection of receivables
• Ensure compliance with and fulfillment of agreed contractual terms and conditions.
• Manage and administer contract terms, letter of credit, banker’s guarantee, shipping and export requirements, tracking warranty validity.
• Ensure accuracy of stock records, bookings, sales and cost data in JDE and Oracle transactions, and any other applicable ERP system or platform.
• Work closely with World Wide Distribution Centre and other major Vendors to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of goods, material and services to customers.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9000 procedures and continuous improvement of processes.
• Ensure compliance with Asia Pacific Checkpoint compliance requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma / GCE ‘A’ level / GCE ‘O’ level in Business Studies with at least 5 years of work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in contract administration, project coordination, export shipping / logistics, and internal trade compliance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
