Project Administrator Job Vacancy in Scotland

My client who is a leader in their field, has a vacancy for an experience Project Administrator to join their team. This is a key role within the organisation so requires someone with a wealth of experience in a similar role. As Project Assistant, you will report directly into the Project Manager and will be involved with the whole life cycle of each project from start to finish. This is a varied and demanding role and your main duties will involve:
• Document control
• Arranging meetings and minute taking
• Provide and coordinate PA support to Managers
• Carry out all administration associated with project documentation
• Carry out all administration of QA for the project files
• Assisting with internal audits
• Arrange logistics (air travel, hire cars, accommodation, visas etc
• Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy
• Working to extremely tight deadline for each project

To be considered for this role it is essential you have experience of the above duties and have:
– The ability to work under pressure
– Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Project
– Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi task
– Excellent communication skills
