An industry leading Australian
telecommunications network organisation is seeking based in Pennant Hills for Workforce Administrators
for multiple ongoing contract roles.  In this role you will be responsible
for loading calendar data for field based technicians and ensuring data is
accurate and calendars are being
  
In this role you will be
responsible for:

  • Loading calendars and maintaining required
    availability/slots by management of the calendar and system settings
  • Locking  Calendars off on a rolling basis aligned
    with SLA commitments on a per Calendar
    per geographic basis.
  • Identifying and managing of variance in capacity plan
    from the Service Delivery Partner to the agreed forecast.
  • Working with Forecaster team to ensure capacity variance
    is minimised
  • Working together with the Scheduling team in ensuring
    prevention of oversubscribing of tickets of work
  • Communicating shortfalls/surplus in Calendar capacity to
    Contractor Management.
  • Provide scenarios on recovery options when required

The successful candidate
will have:

 

  • A focus on Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Telco or utilities environment
    desirable but not essential
  • Excellent MS skills and intermediate to advance EXCEL
    skills
  • The ability to utilise spreadsheets and pivot tables to
    draw, analyse and report capacity data.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and
    reports
