We are looking for a dynamic forward-thinking individual to play a key role in managing and developing the cross curricula Access to Higher Education provision at the City of Bristol College. You will work alongside the Curriculum Manager and other part time Programme Coordinators to ensure the continual visibility and adaptability of Access in these challenging times for adult education. The College currently has the largest Access to HE provision in the West Country with an excellent track record in the delivery of high quality courses in this area.

The successful applicant will be an excellent teacher, committed to innovation and enhancing the quality of learning, teaching and the student experience. Sound administrative and organisational skills are expected. It is important that the post holder is interested in what is happening in higher education at the current time and is able to advise a range of students appropriately.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Creating and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues who are not only Access staff, but in other college departments as well as local universities, is an essential part of this role.
