leading Corporate group continues to undergo a significant period of growth and
is now looking to strengthen its capabilities at Senior Associate level.

This crucial position will see you service the firms existing resources &
agribusiness client base, as well as developing and expanding your practice
over time. Directly advising your clients across every aspect of corporate
transactions, your work will cover both private and regulated M&A work,
equity capital markets, general corporate advisory and related energy &
resources work.

As part of a premier team which frequently tops the Australian corporate deal
lists, you will work alongside recognised industry leaders and will regularly
collaborate with expert partners and senior lawyers, as well as have
opportunity to mentor juniors in your group.

To be considered, you will be a corporate specialist, ideally with 2-4 years’
experience at Senior Associate level and a background working for a top-tier
firm or reputable boutique practice. As business development will form a large
part of the role, you will need to be an exceptional communicator, with a
highly commercial approach and the drive and determination to succeed.
